  • किसी भी वक्त आप भोजन करने से 1/2 घंटा पहले घी पी लीजिये इससे यह फायदा होगा की आपको खाना पचने में कोई दिक्कत कभी नहीं होगी। 

देशी घी को कब ना खाये –

  • देशी घी को कभी भी शहद के साथ नहीं खाना चाहिए क्यूंकि ये विरुद्ध आहार की श्रेणी में आते है और आयुर्वेद में इसके इसके लिए सख्त मनाही की गयी है। 
  • अगर आपका पेट ख़राब चल रहा हो तो आपको देशी घी नहीं खाना चाहिए।
