According to police, Suchana came into a rented property in North Goa’s Candolim area on January 6 along with her son.

After staying there for a couple of days she asked the staff of the property to arrange for a taxi as she has some work in Bengaluru in response when asked by the staff to take a flight for Bengaluru than a taxi , she replied that she wants to go by road and insist for a taxi.

After she went from there when her room was cleaned it came to the notice of the staff that there were some Towels soaked in blood and they immediately informed to Candolim police. Police called to Suchana and enquired about the blood on the towels.

She replied that the blood was due to her periods but police got suspected as the staff of the property told that her boy was not with her when she was moving out of the property and she was carrying an unusually heavy bag.

On enquiry by the police she replied that her son was with a friend in Margao town in south goa. Police verified the location and found that the address given by her was fake.

Police on suspicion became active and contacted the driver of the car covertly who was on it’s way to Bengaluru had reached Chitradurga district.

The police team immediately reached at location and took the bag in their possession along with the lady and upon opening of the bag they found the dead body of the boy inside the bag.

A Calangute Police team then rushed to Chitradurga and obtained a transit remand of Seth, who has been brought to Goa.
